Service Description
Introducing our SEND Sessions at Boffy’s 💜 We’re really pleased to be introducing a quieter, lower-capacity play session designed with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families in mind. We know that busy play sessions aren’t always the easiest environment for every child, so these sessions will have reduced numbers, creating a calmer and more relaxed space for children to play, explore and enjoy Boffy’s at their own pace. But we also want these sessions to be about connection. A chance for children to meet and play alongside others, and for parents and carers to meet other families who may share similar experiences — without any pressure or expectation. 💜 Lower-capacity session 💜 A calmer, more relaxed environment 💜 Opportunities for children to play and connect 💜 A welcoming space for parents and carers to meet others Thursday 27th August | 1:15pm Spaces will be deliberately limited, so booking is recommended.

Cancellation Policy
BOFFY’S PLAY CAFÉ HOUSE RULES To keep everyone safe and happy, please follow these simple rules: 1. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 2. Socks must be worn in the play area (adults & children). 3. No running outside of the play area. 4. No climbing on furniture, windowsills, or café fixtures. 5. Food and drinks must stay away from the play area. 6. Do not visit if your child has been unwell in the last 48 hours. 7. Please report spills or hazards to staff immediately. 8. Only food and drink purchased on site may be consumed. 9. Please respect staff, other parents, and children. 10. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if safety rules are not followed. BOOKING POLICY 1. Bookings - All sessions must be booked through our online booking system or on a walk in basis. - Payment is required at time of booking. - Your booking is valid only for the date and time selected. 2. Cancellations - Bookings are non-refundable. - If you would like to reschedule your booking, you can do my emailing boffysplaycafe@gmail.com.​ This must be done at least 48 hours before your original booking date and time. We are unable to reschedule any bookings after 48 hours. - No-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 3. Arrival & late attendance - Sessions start and end at scheduled times. - If you arrive late, your session still ends at the normal time. 4. Capacity - Each session has a strict maximum capacity for safety reasons. - We cannot allow extra people beyond your booking.
